He was preceded in death by his wife Janet Harper. He is survived by daughter- Vicki Sant & husband Mark, son - David Harper, sisters - Gloria Williams, Liz Mcintosh, Brother - David T. Harper, Grandchildren - Mike Sant, Tim Sant & wife Ashley, Haley New & husband Nick. Great-grandchildren Ayden New, Ben & Tommy Sant.
Interment will be at Mt. Home National Cemetery in Johnson City TN Friday, May 6, 2022, at 11 AM, and American Legion Post #3 and Post #256 to conduct military honors.
