Nita B. Duffield

Nita B. Duffield age 92 of Kingsport passed away January 31, 2011 at her home.

Nita was born June 30, 1918 in Pandora, Tennessee to David and Winnie Norris and had resided in Kingsport since 1936. She was a homemaker and a member of Litz Manor Baptist Church where she was a Sunday school teacher and bible school teacher and contributed to the church.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, J.C. Duffield in 1995 and her brother Justin Norris.

Surviving are her children; Allen Duffield and wife Louise, Kingsport and Beverly Roache, Hixson, TN.

Grandchildren; Robin Rene Cole and husband J. R., Vickie Louise Flemming and husband Chandler, Sherry Lynn Begley and husband Douglas and Amber Elaine Roache. Six great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Thursday, February 3, 2011 from 10 AM – 11 AM at East Lawn Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow in the chapel with Pastor Chris Alford officiating. Graveside services will be conducted immediately following the funeral service in East Lawn Memorial Park.
