My prayers and thoughts are with all the family. I am glad I got to meet Pauline. She was so sweet to me when Steve died. I enjoyed all my long talks I had with her remembering Steve. She really loved her family. Heaven has one more beautiful angel looking down on us. God Bless.

One of my favorite memories of Pauline is at Christmastime. Every year all of my Grandmother’s (Glenna Allen) brothers and sisters and families get together at my Grandmother’s house on Christmas Eve. We have a huge Christmas dinner, talk and share stories, sing, read Luke 2, and open presents. I would usually sit with Pauline during dinner and then we would go to living room and talk while everyone else finished eating and talked in the dining room. After waiting a while on everyone else to join us in the living room, Pauline would shout out, “Hey, it’s time to open the presents!” Pauline loved Christmas! We always had a good time together!
