I wish I had met your Mom, we have been to Blountville many times to do research on the Booher Family, My husband's lineage is from Martin and John Booher from PA, who settled in the area in about late 1700's we saw the old Log houe on Adams Chapel Rd. where Martin first built, The old Ellis house was sitting there also and The Booher Creek ran from there to the Airport.I am sure your mom and my husband were relatives long lost cousin no doubt.

Dr. Ellis, Sharma, Marilyn and Family,
It is with a saddend heart that we hear of Oacluce's passing. She was one of my mother (Frances Cox Gillespie's)favorite relatives. Oacluce and I had the opportunity to talk breifly after Momma passed away in 2008. If we had known of her passing, we would have been at the service with respect. Oacluce was a great lady that will be greatly missed. You all are in our prayers.
