Patsy Collins

Patsy Collins age 75, of Kingsport, Tn. passed away Friday August 5, 2011 in Holston Valley Medical Center. Mrs. Collins was born in Scott County VA. She had resided in Kingsport most of her life. She was a member of Hermon United Methodist Church ,a loving Mother and Grandmother.

Preceded in death by her parents Caleb Milburn and Emily Hawkins; two brothers Halbert McCraw and Emmitt Hawkins

Survivors include four sons Jeff Collins and wife Patty Hawkins County, Tn.; Terry Collins and wife Belinda Fall Branch, Tn.; Keith Collins Kingsport, Tn. and Scotty Collins Kingsport, Tn. special friend ex daughter in-law Vicki Collins; two brothers Ralph Hawkins Kingsport, Tn.and Carlos Hawkins Kingsport, Tn.; one sister Anis Rymer Church Hill, Tn.; five grandchildren Becky Qualls; Dena Collins; Dusty Collins; Chris Collins and Cody Collins; several nieces and nephews, special thanks to the nurses of second and third floor at Holston Valley Medical Center.

The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM. Monday August 8, 2011 at East Lawn Funeral Home with funeral service to follow at 8:00 PM..in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Berry Reed and Rev Rex Mc Murray officiating graveside service will be conducted 11:00 AM. Tuesday August 9,2011 at Hermon United Methodist Church Cemetery
