Ray Lark, age 81, of Blountville, entered into rest on Thursday, March 21, 2013 at the Greystone Life Care Center. Mr. Lark was a native of Wise, Virginia, and the son of the late Robert C. and Alma Lark, Sr. Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Bob Lark, Jr.
Survivors include his sisters: Betty Malone and Helen Haywood; sister-in-law, Louise Lark; nephew, Tony Malone and wife Lelia; three great nephews; two great-great nephews and one great-great niece.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 23, 2013 from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm in the chapel of East Lawn Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will follow at 2:00 pm with his nephew, Rev. Tony Malone, officiating. Burial will follow in East Lawn Memorial Park.
