Sharon was born on November 27, 1961, in Kingsport, Tennessee and was the beloved daughter of Bobby and Louise Depew. Throughout life, Sharon experienced many joys, challenges, and blessings, always leaving a lasting impression on those who knew her. Her greatest accomplishment was her son, Vincent.
After many years apart, Sharon was blessed to spend the last year of her life reunited with her family. During that time, she made her home with her mother and family where she was surrounded by love, care, and renewed relationships. Those months became a precious gift, allowing Sharon and her mother to share a special bond and create cherished memories together. Her family will always be grateful for that time and the opportunity to walk beside her on her final journey.
Sharon never took love for granted. No matter how many times a day her mother cared for her, Sharon would always respond with heartfelt gratitude. She frequently said, “Thank you,” but the words she most often shared with her mother were, “I love you with all my heart.” Those simple words became a precious reminder of the deep bond they shared and the love that carried them through her final journey.
Sharon spent her last months receiving hospice care where she was comforted by family and compassionate caregivers. Those who loved her will always cherish the time they were given to laugh, pray, talk, and simply be together.
Sharon will be remembered for her strength, her resilience, and the unique spirit that made her who she was.
As a woman of faith, Sharon found comfort in God’s promises. Her family rejoices in knowing that she is now free from pain and suffering and is resting in the eternal peace of Heave.
