She was born December 18, 1974, in Wytheville, Virgina to Leona LaVerne Ferguson Thomas and the late Elmer Thomas. Sheila was a caring and loving person who adored her family and time spent with each of them. She loved her dogs.
In addition to her father, Sheila was preceded in death by her husband Billy Joe Jackson.
Survivors include her son, Billy Jackson; mother, Leona Thomas; sister, Mary Thomas Evans (Thomas); brothers, Robert Martin Thomas (Michelle Corey), James Ferguson (Jenny), and Samuel Kermit Thomas (Robin Blaylock); aunt, Nancy Toon, nephew Jasper Ferguson. Sheila is also survived by many other family members.
All services will be held privately.
