Vickie Mink Price, passed away on Sunday, December 21, 2014, at the Holston Valley Medical Center. Ms. Price was born on February 5, 1956 in Mullins, West Virginia the daughter of Eugene Wilson Mink and Gladys Elizabeth McCoy Mink. Survivors include two sons, Aaron Price and Nathan Ryne Price; father and mother, Eugene and Gladys Mink; one brother, Richard Mink; two sisters, Jennifer Mink and Karen McCarter; three nieces, Tiffany and Jesi Mink and Ashley McCarter; and one great niece, Lilly Busha.
