Jamie Gonzales

Jamie Gonzales, age 21, a resident of Premont, Texas passed away Saturday, August 21, 2010 in Corpus Christi, Texas. He was born on July 28, 1989 in Corpus Christi, Texas to Jose Gonzales and Erlinda Martinez Gonzales. Jamie attended Riviera and Premont Schools.

He is survived by his father, Jose Gonzales of Premont, Texas; mother, Erlinda Gonzales of Premont; two brothers, Bobby Joe Gonzales of Falfurrias, Texas and Jose Gonzales Jr. of Premont; three sisters, Lori Lee Gonzales, Cassandra Quintanilla and Cecelia Ann Gonzales, all of Premont; and maternal grandmother, Maria Elena Gonzales of Riviera, Texas.

Visitation will take place after 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 25, 2010 at the Turcotte-Piper Mortuary Chapel, Kingsville. Rosary will be recited at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, August 25, 2010 at the Turcotte-Piper Mortuary Chapel, Kingsville, Texas. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, August 26, 2010 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, 1400 Brookshire Drive, Kingsville, Texas with Fr. Romeo Salinas as celebrant. Burial will follow in Riviera, Texas at the Riviera Cemetery.

Active pallbearers will be Bobby Joe Gonzales, Jose Gonzales Jr., Mike Gonzales, Eric Roel Gonzalez, David James Gonzales and Antonio Rene Quintanilla Jr.

Services are entrusted to Turcotte-Piper Mortuary, 205 General Cavazos Blvd., Kingsville, Texas.
