Oleomar A. Pena

Oleomar A. Pena, age 66, a resident of Kingsville, Texas passed away Saturday, September 25, 2010 in Kingsville. He was born on July 18, 1944 in Kingsville to Guadalupe Pena and Gregoria Aguilar DeLaGarza. Mr. Pena was a self-employed asphalt and concrete contractor in San Antonio, Texas.

He is survived by a son, Guadalupe Pena of Kingsville; three daughters, Celinda DeLaRosa and Cindy Pena, both of Kingsville, and Lisa Pena of Corpus Christi, Texas; three brothers, Joaquin DeLaGarza Jr. of Corpus Christi and Eloy DeLaGarza and Lauro DeLaGarza, both of Kingsville; three sisters, Amelia Pena and Diana DeLaGarza, both of Kingsville, and Marzulema Pena of Corpus Christi; 20 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Monday, September 27, 2010 at the Turcotte-Piper Mortuary Chapel. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 28, 2010 at St. Martin’s Catholic Church with Fr. Jose Naul as celebrant. Burial will follow in Kingsville at Chamberlain Cemetery.
