

Patrick Harrison Butler, age 60, a resident of Kingsville, Texas passed away Saturday, July 23, 2011 at his residence after a long illness. He was born on September 5, 1950 in Rawlins, Wyoming to Harrison Butler and Edith Lindblad Butler. Mr. Butler served in the U.S. Navy for 22 years until his retirement in Fallon, Nevada. After his retirement, he employed with Civil Service at the Kingsville Naval Air Station. He was of the Christian faith.
Mr. Butler is survived by his wife of 27 years, Graciela Davila Butler of Kingsville; son, Adan Garcia of Corpus Christi, Texas; four daughters, Annie Marie (Ryan) Kieschnick of Kingsville, Celestina “Sally” (Robert) Brown of Arlington, Texas, Lisa Lynn Butler and Jenny Leigh (Jerome) Friesenhahn, both of Bakersfield, California; mother, Edith Ramey of Oregon; two brothers, Rex (Donna) Butler and Mark Butler, both of Washington; and 18 grandchildren.
Visitation will take place after 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 26, 2011 at the Turcotte-Piper Mortuary Chapel. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 27, 2011 at the Turcotte-Piper Mortuary Chapel. Burial will follow in Kingsville at Resthaven Cemetery with full military honors provied by the Veterans of Kleberg County Military Funeral Detail.
“We are rejoicing the life of Patrick Harrison Butler. He was a faithful Christian, excellent son, husband, father, friend and an outstanding grandfather. For those who knew him were blessed in many ways. He was a stong believer. Luke 12: 31 But rather seek ye the Kingdom of God: and all these things shall be added unto you.”
Services are entrusted to Turcotte-Piper Mortuary, 205 General Cavazos Blvd., Kingsville, Texas.
