Ruben Vaello Ramirez Jr.

Ruben Vaello Ramirez Jr., age 69, a resident of Kingsville, Texas passed away Tuesday, July 3, 2012 in Kingsville. He was born June 3, 1943 in Kingsville to Ruben Ramirez Sr. and Josefa Vaello Ramirez. Mr. Ramirez was employed as a meat manager for Beto’s Grocery until his retirement.

He is survived by three sons, Ruben Ramirez III (Rosabel) of Corpus Christi, Texas, Roberto Rolando Ramirez (Esmeralda) and Javier Ramirez (Pamela Pena), both of Kingsville; mother, Josefa Vaello Ramirez of Kingsville; three brothers, Eloy Ramirez (Sylvia), Rene Ramirez and Frank Ramirez (Thelma), all of Kingsville; four sisters, Elena Rodriguez (Raul), Josefa Garza (Homero), Francis Trevino, all of Kingsville, and Ada Gonzales of Chicago, Illinois; and eight grandchildren.

Visitation will take place from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Thursday, July 5, 2012 at the Turcotte-Piper Mortuary Chapel. Visitation will continue after 5:00 p.m. Thursday, July 5, 2012 at Templo Betel Assembly of God, 628 East Richard Street, Kingsville. A Prayer service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, July 5, 2012 at Templo Betel Assembly of God.

Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, July 6, 2012 at the Turcotte-Piper Mortuary Chapel with Rev. Jose Cavazos officiating.

Burial will follow in Kingsville at the Santa Gertrudis Cemetery.
