Valentin Trevino Falcon

Valentin Trevino Falcon, age 64, a resident of Kingsville, Texas passed away Saturday, August 20, 2011 in San Antonio, Texas. He was born on February 11, 1947 in Kingsville to Hipolito Falcon and Juanita Trevino Falcon. Valentin was employed for Crown Central Petroleum, Pasadena, Texas until his retirement. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam Era.

Valentin is survived by three sons, Valentin Falcon Jr. of Kingsville, Vladimir Falcon and Verrick Falcon, both of Houston, Texas; two daughters, Vanessa Falcon of Austin, Texas and Valerie Banks of Houston, Texas; six brothers, Hipolito Falcon, Samuel Falcon, Enrique Falcon, Roberto Falcon and Aurelio Falcon, all of Kingsville, and Andres Falcon of Sweetwater, Texas; and 11 grandchildren.

Visitation will take place after 12:00 noon on Sunday, August 28, 2011 at the Turcotte-Piper Mortuary. Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Sunday, August 28, 2011 at the Turcotte-Piper Mortuary Chapel. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 12:00 noon on Monday, August 29, 2011 at St. Gertrude’s Catholic Church with Fr. Jared McCambridge as celebrant. Burial will follow in Kingsville at Chamberlain Cemetery with full military honors provided by the Veterans of Kleberg County Military Funeral Detail.
