In being married to my second husband, l was blessed with my sweet stepdaughter, Janelle. And now I have been blessed with a grandson Blaze, and two granddaughters, Nola and Everest. Andrew’s H.S. Graduation celebration was in Hilton Head. And my Ohio family joined us. Andrew was so sweet and kind spending time with them,  especially Blaze. Last year Blaze and family came for a visit. Andrew said he would like to see them too. Andrew called Blaze Bro, and planned to play an online game together, called Fortnight. Blaze was very sad to hear about Andrew. When I received the news of Andrew’s passing I was numb. This news is incredibly painful as he was taken too early. He had so much living to do, he had only just started. I am completely devastated for his family. I know their heart is aching. I am so so sorry Joyce, Richard, Alexia & Gma. I am sending you my deepest condolences, love and prayers from Australia. 

Andrew was an amazing guy. I always loved talking to him and his stories always made me laugh. Sending love to you all during this difficult time.

We met only briefly but the family connection was instant. You bonded with us and our kids, made us welcome and relaxed. We stayed in touch via Instagram, sharing our love of motorbikes and spoke of having a ride out one fine day. 
Reading the messages from your friends and family it is clear  you were a fine man. Your whole family I know are incredibly proud of you and what you became.

I don't know where to begin... You're my brother. My family. My first cousin. Words can't describe the feelings and thoughts that are going through my brain. I really do hope you and Alex are having a great time up there. I hope he's into cars just as much as you were! I can recall so many memories we have together. Every sleepover when we were kids, the holidays, we were in it together. We made the best out of every get together. You brought such a positive energy to everyone. You are the hardest lover I know. You go ALL IN and that is inspirational. There's seriously so much I can say... Just know I love you cuzzo. May you rest easy and fly high..

Andrew, what can I possibly say? I lost my best friend.. 11 years of brotherhood, memories,  laughs, tears, joys and pains. Been calling you Dutch since we met and it’s been a 2 man army ever since. You were there for it all, we might aswell have been brothers. You were too good for this world and it’ll never be the same without you. There’s no words to describe how much I miss you. All the laughs we had together even if we’ve meet face to face only once, I will always cherish that night we had with all the boys with us. I wish we could’ve meet one more time with everyone and re create the memory.

I remember meeting you through DJ and John and how our friendship sparked quickly and eventually flourished into you becoming a brother of mine. You’ve helped me through thick and thin and I’d always do the same for you. I remember us always talking about how we wanted to fly to Japan and see all the parks and culture there. I remember us always trying to plan a meet up while you were out driving. I remember how we sat on the phone just talking about each other’s lives and just making sure that we were both doing ok. I remember all of it and will never forget it.

This event has really taught me a good lesson and it’s something I learned from you especially, and that’s to cherish the people you love and make sure you always let them know how much you care about them. The beauty of life is what’s happening right now. It’s not about the past or the future it’s about looking around you and just taking in the beauty of everything around you and appreciating it. That’s what you were good at and that’s why you brought a smile up everyone around you.

Andrew, I met you just about 10 years ago when you came into our house to eat after school. I was surprised that my brother dj made any friends this quick into high-school and was surprised by how absolutely massive your appetite was. But you were never ungrateful for anything you got in life, everything was a gift and you yourself were and always will be a gift to those around you. You came into my life through my brother DJ, being a very dear friend of his. I recall wondering if DJ was joking around when he introduced you as you looked and acted much older than your age; and of course you were like 12 feet tall!

It was through years of watching you grow and seeing the positive impact you had on my brothers, that I called you a brother too. You were unrelentingly respectful of others and were never the last one off the couch to help out or go do something. We had some incredible times on the paintball field and learned what it was to be beaten and bruised, bleeding and broken, but yet still smile, laugh and have a blast.

I will miss you; for the person you were was a blessing to my family and the world. It is sad and unfortunate that we never seem to get to say these things before something like this happens, but I am thankful that you came into my brothers life, and grew with us all into whom you did. We are all better to have been able to share in your journey.

I served with Andrew while stationed at Fort Wainwright, Alaska.  Andrew was a kind hearted and gentle soul that I have encountered. Andrew always had my back and I always had his, the times we spent together Harfield, I will cherish for the rest of my life. I love you bro! I’m so happy to have called you one of my brothers, the gift you gave me when you returned from leave back to Alaska I still have with me. It was a Florida T shirt that you got me, we were both homesick and always there for each other. When I finished my contract we were suppose to hangout and meet your family, but that never happen.
