Angela “Angie” Catherine Weisheyer, 94, of Poinciana, Florida, passed away peacefully on November 17, 2017. Angie was born on March 24, 1923 in Queens, New York to the late Martin Langen and Catherine (Girards). Angie and Sylvester “Bud” Weisheyer were married in 1946. Angie devoted her life to her family and was well known for her delicious cookies. In 1985 Angie and Bud relocated to Florida, and Angie became a dedicated member of the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Kissimmee, Florida.
She is predeceased by her husband, Bud, and her daughter, Carol Ann Larson. Angie is survived by her sons, James Weisheyer (wife Sue), Jack Weisheyer (wife Kathe), and William Weisheyer (wife Doris), her brother, Robert Langen, 11 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
A viewing will take place at Grissom Funeral Home on Tuesday November 21, 2017 from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM, with a service to take place at 1:00 PM. A graveside service will follow at Osceola Memory Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Kissimmee or the Central Florida Cornerstone Hospice.
