He was born in Kimballton, Iowa on December 27, 1932; and, graduated from Audubon High School in June of 1951.
He was married to Sally Cook Larsen on October 16, 1954, who passed away on December 28, 2012.
Charles worked in Civil Service for the United States Navy, United States Air Force and the United States Post Office.
He had a passion for crossword puzzles, polka music, bingo and his 2 cats, Puff & Valdemar.
Charles is survived by his son, Chris Larsen; brother, John Larsen; and, sisters-in-law, Janice Larsen & Coleen Larsen.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 7pm on September 3, 2016 at Good Samaritan Community Church in Kissimmee, Florida.
