Thomas, Charles Francis “Charlie” of St. Cloud passed away on December 12, 2013. Born in Dodge County, Wisconsin on June 26, 1931, Charlie held numerous jobs throughout his life and made many lasting friendships, both in Wisconsin and in Florida. He loved making people happy, listening to musicals, hosting parties. He never failed to lend a helping hand to someone in need. After raising four children, he and his wife moved to Kissimmee in 1980. He is preceded in death by his wife Zelma “Susie” Thomas, son Michael Thomas, and daughter Kathleen Thomas. He is survived by his sister Judy, son John R. (Joan) Thomas, Patricia (Jeff) Dolan, daughter-in-law Sandra Thomas, and nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place at Grissom Funeral Home and at the family’s request there will be no formal service. His many friends and family, who meant everything to him, are invited to gather in Charlie’s honor for one last “Tom & Jerry” on Wednesday, December 18 at 6 pm at the Stone Creek Tavern in St. Cloud.
