David Herbert Clippinger

When he was 12 years old, his family moved to Orlando, FL. David graduated from Evans High school in 1978. He attended Valencia Community College and then to University of Central Florida where he received a BS in Zoology in 1983 and a Master’s Degree in Biological Sciences in 1985.

He started working part time at Walt Disney World in 1977 while going to school full time. He met his wife, Susan Gray, while working at Disney and they got married on March 8, 1997.

David has one brother, who lived in Denton, NC with his wife. David has 3 nieces and 3 grand nephews.

David was a member of Kissimmee Christian Church. He loved to sing and was an active part of the Praise Team and choir at the church. He also sang in the Johnson University Community Choir in Kissimmee for many years. He loved people and was very handy. Most of all, he loved life…. Animals, reading books, pizza and Ice cream. He will be so missed.

There will be a Celebration of Life service on June 28 at 2pm. The service will be held at Kissimmee Christian Church, 415 N Main St, Kissimmee.
