

On August 21, 2025, David Warren Jones left this earthly life and went to the arms of Jesus. His life was full of great challenges, but in his heart, he knew he had the greater victory in Jesus. He was 69 years old.
David was the firstborn son of Cyril and Elaine (Castle) Jones and he arrived on January 6, 1956. He was born and raised in West Palm Beach, Florida. When he was young, it was his desire to be in the ministry, and he attended two Christian colleges. When many of his family moved to Kissimmee, Florida, he moved also and lived in Kissimmee for many years.
He was predeceased by his parents and his brother, Rev. Gary Jones. David is survived by his sister, Kathy (Doug) Clark; and his nieces and nephews, Sarah (Mike) Roell, Christa (Ryan) Jooste, Joshua Clark, Benjamin Clark, and Matthew Clark. He is further survived by his aunts and uncle, Susan and Michael Neale, Mary Jean Galloway, and Valerie Castle; as well as many loving cousins, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
One of David's favorite Bible verses was “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” (John 3:16)
His burial was on August 30, at Rose Hill Cemetery in Kissimmee, Florida.
