Mr. Donald Francis Potenziani

Donald F. Potenziani Sr. passed away in the early morning of Saturday, February 2, 2013 in his home. The 80 year old Navy veteran was survived by his loving wife of 58 years Nora, his sister Carolyn Johnson of AR., and his brother Enrico Potenziani of GA., along with his children Theresa Potenziani Ennis & husband Joseph Ennis, Donald F. Potenziani Jr. & wife Cynthia Potenziani, Maryann Potenziani Lake & husband Fred Lake, Debra Potenziani Kelley & husband Christopher Kelley. Not to mention his loving grandchildren, Crystal Loy, Amanda Ennis, Shawn Potenziani, Michael Lake, and Cassandra Lake, along with his great grandchildren Alyssa & Kalie Loy and Luke Huntley.

Donald's selfless love was felt by many in the community and he was a surrogate father figure to all who needed his special love but especially Erik and Kerri Stewart and their great family.

Throughout his lifetime he had always stressed the importance of love and family. His most recent favorite pastimes were cooking a big family dinner on Sunday for his family and friends and watching his beloved Orlando Magic play, even if just to yell at the t.v.

In his earlier years he enjoyed dancing and making all the women swoon. But only had eyes for Nora.
