My Uncle Danny will always be in my heart. Not only was he unselfishly available to help us at any time, but I'll always remember his sense of humor. Always joked with us and made us laugh.
He located my 1st car, a '64 Malibu.
Taught me everything about how to take care of it. Showed me how to do tune ups, brakes, wheel bearings, etc.
Always got us the "good" price from all his connections at the local auto parts stores. I will never forget calling him in the evening while he was at the telephone company garage to ask a question. He'd always answer " Lynbrook Danny ! " While I was working as Service manager for Saturn, he would always ask how it was going and we would have a conversation about the crazy auto service business.
He was always there for my parents when needed and set a great example of what family is all about.
Thank you for all the memories .
I will always love you Lynbook Danny.

Thanks to my brother Dan for always being there whenever I needed help. I remember a time when I locked myself out of my house and you came to the rescue as usual and proceeded to break a window pane and opened the door from the inside. You were the best brother.

I just learned today that my Uncle Danny passed away in his sleep this morning. He was my dad's brother and always the comedian in the family. My heart is broken 💔. He was always so strong and resourceful. He was my Uncle who came to our rescue many years ago when my Mom got sick and passed away. We were living in Miami at the time and was driving up to NY to go back home for the summer when my Mom suddenly had a stroke in the car in Georgia. We we're stuck in Brunswick at the hospital with my Dad. My Uncle got in his car and drove down to Georgia from Long Island to pick us up and bring us back to NY while my Dad stayed at the hospital with my Mom. He didn't think twice. He came to our rescue more than once after my Mom died. I love you Uncle Danny. Thanks for being a great Uncle!
