Gerlando "Gerry" Maida

Gerlando "Gerry" Maida,78, of Kissimmee, Florida, passed away on July 20, 2026.

Gerry was born on September 11, 1947 in Manhattan, New York. He graduated from Middletown High School and later attended Suny Orange College. Gerry proudly served his country in the United States Navy and remained proud of his service throughout his life.

On September 6, 1987, Gerry married Jennifer Maida. He spent his career in the printing industry, including many years working for Springhill Press, before retiring in 1998.

Gerry enjoyed fishing and traveling but above all, he cherished the time he spent with his family. His family was a tremendous source of happiness and pride in his life and he will be remembered for the love and devotion he showed to those closest to him.

Gerry is survived by his wife, Jennifer Maida; his son, Jeffrey Maida, his grandson, Kylo Maida and his brother, Alfonse Maida.

Gerry will be deeply missed by his family, friends and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
