Lloyd L. Crawford

He was born in Christiansburg, Ohio on February 13, 1937 to the late Carlton & Dorothy (Mayberry) Crawford.

Lloyd spotted his beloved wife, Clyda “Sue” (Bugg) Crawford, in 1967 at the bowling alley he managed, where she was a waitress.

After their marriage in 1968, Lloyd continued to work in hospitality management, spending much of his life with the Marriott Corporation.

In his free time, Lloyd has always been a good ol’ country boy who was mechanically inclined in every way, and loved taking his family out on the boat for a day on the water. He enjoyed playing golf with his brother-in-law, Mike; and, everything family.

Lloyd was also a Freemason.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Wiley Crawford, and his sisters, Leona Seybold & Lucy Perry.

Lloyd is survived by his dear wife, Sue; his children, Robin Smith (Kirby), Greg Crawford (Silver), Tammy Dean-Musson (Steve), Jeff Crawford (Lori), Timothy Crawford, George “Michael” Thoele, Jody Fletcher & Todd Crawford; 16 beloved grandchildren & 30 cherished great grandchildren.

A Celebration of Lloyd’s Life will be held in Lesterville, Missouri on March 19, 2016.
