

Born and raised in Parma, Missouri, Yvonne dedicated her life to faith, family, and service. Since 1962, she had been an active and faithful member of Calvary Assembly of God, where she served in many capacities throughout the years. She was a devoted Senior Ministry Leader, sang joyfully in the church choir, taught Sunday school, and poured her heart into serving as the Women’s Ministry Leader. She was also the oldest member of the KVLS Association and generously donated her time as a volunteer to the Supervisor of Elections.
Yvonne was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Joseph C. Moore Sr., her parents, and several brothers and sisters.
She leaves behind a loving legacy through her family: her son Joseph C. Moore Jr. (Judy) of O’Brien, FL; her sister Mary Sue Diamond of Brentwood, TN; grandchildren Steve Moore of O’Brien, FL, and Cynthia Frye of O’Brien, FL; and great-grandchildren MacKenzie Frye of Live Oak, FL, Brittany Dees (Cody) of O’Brien, FL, Shelby Lockhart (Taylor) of Milan, TN, and Adalyn Moore of O’Brien, FL. She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends who will cherish her memory.
A celebration of her life will be held on Monday, September 8, 2025, at Calvary Assembly in Kissimmee, Florida. The family will receive friends for viewing from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m., with the service immediately following.
Yvonne will be remembered for her unwavering faith, her love for her family, and her lifelong commitment to serving others. Her kindness, wisdom, and strength will continue to inspire all who knew her.
