

Madeline Roe, 85 of Kissimmee passed away on September 25, 2013. Madeline was born on April 5, 1928 in Providence Rhode Island, to Manuel and Mary (Cunha) D’Amaral. She was the widow of Thomas E. Roe. She is survived by her loving daughter Madeline and son in law Tim Eckenrode; 4 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and one on the way. She is also survived by her brother Manuel D'Amaral of Marietta, Georgia as well as several nephews and nieces in Rhode Island. A native of Rhode Island, before moving to Kissimmee in 1998 she also spent many years living in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania with her husband. While there they owned a Dutch Country market stand selling gifts and local items. In her spare time she enjoyed collecting cow-related items, collectible decorative bird houses and jewelry. She was also an avid QVC fan. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. A memorial service will be held on October 26, 2013 at 1:30 pm at Grissom Funeral Home in Kissimmee Florida.
