

Mike, Mikey Boy, Bad Bwoy as he was affectionately known, was a mischievous, playful, joyful and an extremely loving child. As a child Mike and sister Jeanine spent summers in Trinidad (against their will) here is where he developed his love for the Trini culture. His grandfather, Arthur (deceased) was a great influence in his life he introduced him to soca, which was his favorite genre of music, wood work and wrestling. Wrestling quickly became his favorite sport. These traits continued into his adult life.
At the age of 12 Michael joined Quest Drum Corp where played the Mellaphone. Which drove the whole house INSANE!!!
Michael attended George Westinghouse High School. Afterwards he attended Wood Tobe-Coburn College where he earned his Associates in Occupational Studies.
Michael was loved by all his peer. All would agree that Michael was the life of the party with his charismatic personality. Whether you wanted a drink or not, Michael was sure to make you one. Especially his famous Bad Bwoy Punch. His signature drink was sure to give you a great night, it was even known to knock you on your ass!!! He was so good at mixing drinks he decided to become a Certified Mixologist. In New York he attended bartending school and it was on from there. Michael went on to do side gigs blessing people with his contagious joyful energy and his Bad Bwoy Punch. As a beverage connoisseur (as he would often call himself) Michael joined the Startenderz team. While evaluating his craft, within a year he became Startenderz of the year.
At the age of 18, Michael met the beautiful Kaydeon Tenn at a birthday party in Queens, New York whom he became quite smitten with. The relationship was short-lived only to be rekindled 10 years later in 2011 on a trip to Florida where Kaydeon lived. In 2012 Michael made the decision to move to be with her. A short year later in May 2013 they welcomed their first child, a daughter, Melania Braithwaite.
In 2015 Michael and Kaydeon purchased their first home in Davenport, Florida. Two years later they welcomed their second child, a son, Kaiden Braithwaite in May 2017.
While in Florida Michael worked various places with his most recent begin Amazon MCO5 and JetBlue Airlines, as a crew member. He remained at both as staff until his unexpected passing.
Michael is survived by his parents Earmin Braithwaite-McDonald, David Cipriani and Gordon Mcdonald. His fiancé Kaydeon Tenn, daughter and son, Melania and Kaiden Braithwaite. His sisters, Jeanine, Keshawna, Danica, Camille, Alicia and Kelly. His brothers, David Jr.,Christopher, Sherwin and Gary. His eight nieces and eleven nephews. Aunts and Uncles. His in-laws, The Tenn family. His friends and extended family Lamb of God SBC.

A visitation for Michael will be held Thursday, August 17, 2023 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Grissom Funeral Home and Crematory, Kissimmee, Florida. A celebration of life will occur Thursday, August 17, 2023 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm, Kissimmee, Florida. A graveside service will occur Thursday, August 17, 2023 from 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm at Rolling Hills Cemetery, Winter Haven, Florida.
