

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Mary Culpepper; his sister, Virginia Ruth Lutz; and his brother, James Culpepper.
Robert is survived by his devoted wife, Rose Culpepper; his sister, Linda Lee; and his three children: Lisa Carpenter (Mark), Michael Culpepper (Maritess), and Bridget Rollo (Nick).
He was a proud grandfather to Victor Medrano (Madison), Mariah Culpepper (Partner Craig Latham), Austin Key (Partner Katlyn Vannoy), Shayla Culpepper (Partner Drake Barnett), and Brandon Culpepper.
He was also a loving great-grandfather to Brianna Alzate, Kayson Lanter, Parker and Winsley Key, and Kingston and Kenna Barnett, all of whom brought him immense joy.
Robert dedicated over 40 years of service to Kissimmee Utility Authority, where his strong work ethic and commitment earned the respect of his colleagues and community.
A proud United States Army veteran, he honorably served his country with the same discipline he later applied to earning a black belt in Tae Kwon Do—an accomplishment that reflected his lifelong perseverance.
Music was one of Robert’s greatest joys, bringing happiness to his heart and peace to his soul. He never met a stranger and had a rare gift for making everyone feel welcome; he truly loved everyone he came in contact with, leaving a lasting impression through his kindness and warmth.
He was also blessed with deep friendships, including his longtime friend John Cole; Carol and Steve; and his dear neighbors, Sam and his wife.
To those who knew him best, Robert will be remembered for his unwavering positive outlook. When asked how he was doing, his signature response was always, “Like a million,” a phrase that perfectly captured his spirit and the joy he shared with the world. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who were blessed to know and love him.
