

Stephen Joshua Ogilvie, 22, of Kissimmee passed away on Tuesday, October 30, 2012. Born in Miami, Florida on June 2, 1990, he was the son of Yvonne Ogilvie and Desmond Ogilvie. He was preceded in death by his nephew, Chevon Ogilvie.
Stephen was mechanically gifted and was enrolled at Valencia College to begin his studies toward becoming an engineer. He had tinkered with taking things apart to see how they worked and repairing broken things since he was a child. Stephen enjoyed fishing, playing video games, and fixing things.
Stephen attended Heritage Prep in Orlando and was a graduate of Osceola High School where he was also a member of the Air Force ROTC. Stephen was also a man of quiet faith and was a member of First Baptist Church of Orlando.
Survivors include his children, Nevaeh and Phillip, and their mother, Destiny Ginette; his mother, Yvonne Ogilvie; his father, Desmond Ogilvie; his sister, Stephanie Ogilvie; his brother, Desmond Ogilvie Jr.; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 7, 2012 from 6 - 9 p.m. at Family Funeral Care, Hunters Creek in Orlando, 13001 S. John Young Parkway, Orlando, FL 32837.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 8, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Kissimmee with Rev. Kyle Grizzard officiating. Burial will follow in Osceola Memory Gardens.
