Theodora is survived by her children, Victoria L. Lemke of Fairfax, VA, and Joseph J. Hordych, Jr. of Orlando, FL; as well as her life partner, Paul Leboeuf of Kissimmee, FL. She was preceded in death by her parents, Theodore Proctor and Helen Devine, as well as one sister, Michele Palmer.
