

She was born on February 14th, 1942 in Camden, New Jersey to the late Edward Turner and Virginia Turner Donzé.
She was a nurse who gave up her career to become a homemaker, companion and best friend to her husband, Jerry and daughter, Cheri.
Gini and Jerry married on the 29th of August 1969. They had their daughter, Cheri, one year later in 1970.
Gini left nursing to become a homemaker and stay-at-home mother. She traveled with and supported Jerry throughout his military career.
Gini made a house a home through her wonderful sense of beauty, art, color, décor and flower arrangements. She loved nature, especially animals, songbirds and water in all forms ~ water gardens, beaches, lakes and streams. She found them to be peaceful and loved to be alongside them.
Gini loved to research new places to travel and enjoyed taking trips to these destinations.
She loved English history, was an abundant reader and a humanitarian.
She supported several charities, causes and foundations.
Gini was a strong woman of character, faith & conviction.
She was a loving, caring, tender and cherished soul who made friends easily and made all who knew her feel special.
She will be sorely missed~
Gini is preceded in death by her father, Edward Turner, and her mother, Virginia Turner Donzé.
She is survived by her husband Jerry Eugene Adams, daughter Cheri Adams Sweet and son-in-law James Sweet, stepfather Robert Donzé, sisters Cherie Donzé and Pat Larabee and brothers Robb Donzé and Pierre Donzé, grandchildren Elizabeth Arrigo, Katherine Arrigo, Emily Sweet and James Sweet II; and, great-grandchild Aiden Bowling.
Services will be held in Kissimmee, Florida & New Tazewell, Tennessee:
-January 15th, 2016 at 11:00am at Good Samaritan Community Church in the Kissimmee community where Gini and Jerry shared their home.
-January 23rd, 2016 at 6pm at Midway Baptist Church in New Tazewell, Tennessee.
In lieu of flowers, the family invites you to consider making a donation to the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund @ocrf.org in memory of her.
Ovarian Cancer awareness and research was a subject close to her heart.
