Virginia A Cressman
July 11, 1943 – April 20, 2021
Virginia "Jean" Cressman (nee Martin) 77, of Kissimmee, Fl, formerly of Olney, Pa and Bristol, Pa, passed away on April 20, 2021, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Philadelphia, Pa to the late Edward and Catherine Martin (nee Weber). She graduated from Bishop Neumann Business School in 1959, and spent many years as a data entry clerk, for Philco in Philadelphia, Pa and CGW in Levittown, Pa. She loved to travel; play in the snow, with her daughters, when they were little; play video games- there was no one better at it, in the Atari and Nintendo days; watch her favorite tv shows; but most of all, she loved to spend time with her family and friends. There was nothing more important to her, than her family and friends. To know her, was to love her. She was adored by everyone who was lucky enough to know her. She had a heart of gold, and would do anything, for anyone. She spent her summers in Wildwood, NJ, where she met the love of her life, John, at the house next door. They were a shining example of the perfect love story. They were married, and spent 48 wonderful years together. Waiting at the gates of Heaven, with open arms, were her loving Parents and Grandparents; her favorite Aunt and Godmother-Anna Mae; her siblings-Catherine, Betty, Eddie(Karin), and Bobby; her nephew Eddie; her in-laws and best friends-Harry and Joanne; Frank(Millie), Ann(Chuck), Joan, and Bobby. She is survived by her loving husband, John. Her daughters Jean Marie (Tony), Betty (Michael). Her Grandchildren, who she adored more than anything in this world-Allie, Courtney (Josh), Brandon, Brianna, Shane and Averie. She is also survived by her sister-in-law Barbara Mae Lahr Martin; many Nieces and Nephews, whom she was lovingly known as Aunt Jeanie; and her Daughter’s dog Mystic, who she secretly loved! A Memorial Service will be held at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Kissimmee on Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at 5:00pm. In lieu of flowers, Memorial donations can be made to a Catholic Charity of your choosing, in Pennsylvania. “Maybe I don’t know that much, but I know this much is true, I was Blessed because I was loved by you”

Too many to mention but the special days at "Pine" & "P" in WWNJ. Those where the happy, carefree days of summer.

There will only ever be one Mrs. Cressman in my life. I would call my Aunt Jeanie "Mrs. Cressman" and she would call me "Mr. Cressman." I'll miss that.
My Aunt Jeanie always had a joke and/or a sarcastic comment to brighten your day and there was always a laugh and a smile. She had a really sharp sense of humor that made me laugh. I'll miss that.
I will always think of my Aunt Jeanie when I hear anyone say "Nu uh." She was very easy to talk to and gave great advice. I'll miss that.
I love you very much and I know you're up there in heaven with my mom and dad looking down on all of us. I have great memories of you and you will be missed.

I miss you so much Mommy. I miss talking to you. I miss hearing you laugh. I miss hearing you having to repeat everything for Daddy, because he just couldn’t hear you! Don’t worry about Daddy, we will take care of him. I know you worried about that the most. He was so lucky to have found you, and you him. You were the perfect example of what love should look like.
Thankyou for everything you’ve taught me. I was the luckiest girl in the world, to have you as my Mom, and best friend. ❤️ I’m so grateful that God gave me you. I hope you know how much you were loved and appreciated.
I know you will be with me, guiding me every step of the way, like you always have. I will look for your signs, please send a lot. I’ll love and miss you forever Mommy ❤️
“Did you ever know that you're my hero?
You're everything I wish I could be
I could fly higher than an eagle
For you are the Wind Beneath my Wings”

Ginny! I love you. I love how much you love Shane and Averie. You're a great Nanny to them and they love you for it. I remember that time when I called to wish you a happy mother's day. Betty and weren't even dating yet. I called during dinner. You thought I was crazy. You knew I was crazy when I wouldn't stop eating meatballs when offered. You have been a wonderful mom, I'm proud that I married into your family. You were always good to me. I love you and I will miss you. God bless you.
