William Matthew Buehler, 84, of Kissimmee, FL., passed away on July 4, 2011. Born on September 6, 1926, in Brooklyn, NY, William was a NYC Firefighter, Engine 205, Ladder 110, Brooklyn Heights (NY) for 33 years. He was a veteran of the Korean War and WWII. William was an avid fisherman, hunter and conservationist. He is survived by his loving wife Patricia Ann, daughter Mary Kay, sons William Matthew, Jr., Christian Michael and John Hamil, sister Dorothy Brown, sister-in-law Virginia Buehler, eight grandchildren and preceded in death by his brother Richard Buehler. Memorial contributions may be made to Vitas Hospice, 2201 Lucien Way, suite 100, Maitland, Fl 32751. Inurnment will take place at Greenwood Cemetery in Brooklyn, NY. Arrangements under the direction of Grissom Funeral Home and Crematory, Kissimmee, FL.
