

He was born in Philadelphia, PA in1941 to Daniel Fow and Kathryn Fow.
William is survived by his loving wife Kathleen S Fow (Hane) of 63 years of a wonderful
Marriage. William was pre-deceased by his brother Daniel Fow and survived by his sister Kathryn
Dickey (Fow).
William belonged to the Knights of Columbus. William was an amazing husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather.
William retired from BKG Amusements that he started on June 10, 1986, and retired in
2004. William loved to play golf with his wife, and he also was a CVP and patrolled in the Oaks
and he was in the neighborhood watch. William loved living in Florida and became a Monorail Pilot for Disney in 2017 and worked there for 15 years.William loved to go into Disney with his wife, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
William is survived by his three children, William Fow (Tracy), Kelly Kotzker (Ken) and Greg
Fow (Laura). William is survived his 6 grandchildren Leah Connors, Billy Fow, AJ Distefano (Bebhinn
Magee), Anthony Mancinelli (Melanie), Sean Fow and Kathleen Mihm (Mason).
William is survived by 6 Great Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Though he left us, his legacy lives on in the values he installed, the memories we cherish,
and the love he shared so freely. We will miss his warm hugs, his word of encouragement,
and his unwavering support.
A visitation will occur Wednesday, July 9, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, 803 Emmett Street, Kissimmee, FL 34741. A memorial service will occur Wednesday, July 9, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, 803 Emmett Street, Kissimmee, FL 34741.
