Berta Sawluk

Loving Mother of Brunhilde Speers (Gordon), Hannelore Aubin (Guy), Fred Babineck (Donna) and Harry Klink. Berta will also be remembered by her son-in-law David Blasing. Grandma will forever be in the hearts of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her husband Alexander Sawluk, her daughter Edith Blasing and her grandson Dennis Blasing. Berta was a devoted mother and a faithful servant to God.

Visitation for family and friends will take place at Schreiter-Sandrock Funeral Home, 51 Benton Street, Kitchener on Monday, July 9, 2012 from 7-9 p.m. and on Tuesday, July 10, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A funeral Service to celebrate Berta’s life will take place at the German Gospel Church, 223 Union Street East, Waterloo on Wednesday, July 11, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Philip Kniesel officiating. Interment to follow at Woodland Cemetery.
