Donald Don Eugene Oddy

Donald Eugene Oddy, aged 72 years.

Don was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Church and was a Lifetime Member of the Waterloo Knights of Columbus and had been employed with Dutch Boy and Dutch Girl Grocery Stores as a supervisor for over 40 years.

Loving husband to Eileen, dear father to Corinne and her husband Steve Macfarlane of Burlington, Cathleen and her husband Kevin Stein of Cambridge, beloved Grandpa to Scott and Megan Macfarlane and Nickolas and Spencer Stein; brother-in-law to Robert Fritz and his wife Doretta of Waterloo, John Fritz and his wife Marlene of Kitchener, Anne Knight of Kitchener, Bernice and her husband Tony Omahen of Goderich and Harold Freiburger of Waterloo.

Predeceased by his parents Thomas Oddy and Dorothy Jewell and his brother Leslie; brother-in-law Tony Fritz, sisters-in-law Frances and Catherine Freiburger, Terry Esbaugh and Clara Hunstein.

Friends may call at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. W., Kitchener, on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9, where parish prayers will be recited at 8:45pm. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday at 10:30 am from Our Lady of Lourdes Church with Monsignor Edward Sheridan officiating.
