Helen Yantz

YANTZ, Helen – Passed away at St. Joseph’s Health Centre in Guelph on Sunday, January 12 in her 99th year. Predeceased by husband Oscar (1982). Loving mother of Joan Nickels (George) and Bette Maxwell (the late Ken) and the late Paul Yantz. Dearest grandma of Susan Ringel, Daniel and Barry Nickels, Darrell and Brad Maxwell, Sebastian Yantz, 7 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter. Helen is also survived by her sister Audrey Rempel (Peter) and sister-in-law Lorraine Daub (the late Harry Gerth). Lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King Street West, Kitchener on Friday, January 24 at 2:00 pm with a reception to follow.
