Passed away peacefully on March 19, 2012 at the age of 74. Retired in 1992 from Uniroyal Goodrich after 18 years of service, he also served ten years in the Royal Canadian Air Force and one year in the United States Navy, seeing service in Vietnam. James is survived by many brothers & sisters, in-laws, nieces & nephews, great nieces & nephews, but will be most missed by those he considered his family; sister Barbara, nieces Karen, Susan (Mark) & Nance (Adrienne), great nieces Jennifer & Shannon, great nephews Rob & Andrew. Thanks to the staff of Lanark Heights for their care and compassion. As per James’ request, there is to be no funeral service. Remains to be cremated & ashes scattered.
