Joe Judd

It is with sadness that the family announces the passing of Joe at Grand River Hospital on Wednesday May 8, 2013. Joe was in his 90th year and was born in London, England.

Best friend and beloved husband of Iris for 32 years. Dear father of Rick (Luanne), Brian (Cathy), Linda Salo, Dianne Cook (Randy), Margy Douglas (Larry); step-daughter, Wendy Harrison and his first wife Dorothy for 25 years.

He will be sadly missed by his grandchildren Tyler, Adam. Liane, Leif, Katie, Lisa, Amanda, Deanna and four great grandchildren.

Predeceased by his parents, Charles and Alice Judd, a son Rick and son-in-law, Tony.

Joe had immigrated to Canada in 1947 and in 4 years started his own business building homes and apartments.

He was a member and Past Master of Temple Lodge #690 GRC A.F. and A.M. in 1972 and was a member of the Home Builder Association and President in 1964-1965.

The family will receive friends and relatives at the Schreiter-Sandrock Funeral Home, 51 Benton at Church St. Kitchener on Monday May 13, 2013 from 12 Noon till time of service in the chapel at 1:30 pm with Rev. Katharine Edmonston officiating.
