

DYSART, Lucille Elaine (nee Goodier) Died peacefully on March 28, 2011, in her 92nd year. Known for her patience and gracious hospitality, Lucille was a loving mother committed to her family. Her happiest times involved cooking, entertaining, golf and bridge. Born in Montreal, she lived throughout southern Ontario including Waterloo and Preston. Predeceased by her beloved husband of 59 years, Forrester "Joe" Dysart, son Brent Dysart and grandson Andrew Pocklington. Survived by her children and their spouses Carolyn Dysart (Waterloo), Andrew and Susan Dysart (Nanoose Bay, BC), Alyson and Ron Pocklington (Etobicoke) and Karen Dysart-Chuba (Oakville). Ten grand-children include Sara Smith (Langley, BC), Brent Dysart (Edmonton, AB), Katie and Rob Kitchen (Baden), Laura and Peter Leibiuk (Newmarket), Mark Chuba and Matthew Chuba (Oakville), Mackenzie Dysart (Ottawa) and Scott Pocklington (Etobicoke). Lucille was thrilled with arrival of five great-grandchildren. A Celebration of Life will take place at Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home , 621 King Street West, Kitchener, ON N2G 1C7 on Saturday, April 9, 2011. Coffee reception in the Family Centre at 10 a.m. followed by a service in the chapel at 11 a.m. Interment to follow. Donations in lieu of flowers requested for Grand River Cancer Centre or Oakville Senior Citizens Residence.
