Alex was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and past Master of Masonic Temple 570 Hazel Park, MI. Preceded in death by his parents Alesandro and Gladys Rassega; his wife, JoAnn of 71 years; sister, Frances Cummings, and his brother, Joe Rassega.
Survived by his children, Tim of Carlsbad NM, Joe (Linda) of Warren, MI. and Sue (Chuck) of Madison Heights, MI., 9 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, another great grandson due in January and will be his namesake and his brother, Jack Rassega.
He was a loving husband, brother, dad and friend to many. Our dad was a very kind man and we will miss him forever. Alex will be laid to rest next to our mom at a private graveside service in Farley Cemetery, Himyar, KY.Condolences are welcome at weaverfuneralservices.com
