

Amy was a lifelong resident of Knoxville and worked as a supervisor in food services at the University of Tennessee Medical Center. She was a friendly and familiar presence to many, offering comfort and conversation to those going through difficult times. She was known for her caring nature, her loyalty, and her ability to make others feel at ease.
Amy loved her dogs and was passionate about rescuing them. She was a devoted fan of the Lady Vols and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She had a fun-loving spirit and a natural sense of humor that brought light to everyday moments. She was the kind of person people looked forward to seeing, someone who would sit with you, share stories, and make any gathering feel warmer.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Howard and Shirley Byrd, and her grandmother, Nadine Miracle.
Amy is survived by her mother, Sharon Miracle; her father, Dwayne Miracle and his girlfriend, Cathy Serrano; her brother, Jason Miracle and wife, Sarah Miracle; her nephew, Jacob Miracle; her best friend, Chance Brooks; her special friend, Martha Catalan; her favorite aunt, Barbara Mynatt; her aunt and uncle, Lisa Byrd and Charlie Byrd; and several cousins.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, April 26, 2026 at Berry Highland Memorial Cemetery, 5315 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, Tennessee, from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m., with a service to follow at 4:00 p.m. Burial will be held on Monday, April 27, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at Berry Highland Memorial Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Young-Williams Animal Center in her honor.
Amy will be deeply missed by all who knew her, especially for the warmth, laughter, and comfort she brought into the lives of those around her.
