Angel Kay Kinsler, age 45, of Knoxville, Tennessee passed away on Friday, February 28, 2025. She was a loving caring mother and grandmother, a reliable friend always there for everyone, loved the water, cruises and especially her fur baby Toby. Angel was preceded in death by her mother, Kathy Marie Carroll. She is survived by children, Ethan (Ashley) Kinsler; Megan (Elizabeth) Kinsler; grandchildren, Ilah May and Mara Kay Kinsler; Her life partner, Terry France; sister, Jamie (Stevie) Lawless; father, James Reuben Orr; special friend, Tracy Baker. The family will receive friends Thursday, March 6, 2025 from 12-2 p.m. at Berry Highland South Funeral Home, 9010 E. Simpson Road. Service will follow at 2:00 p.m. with Rev.
