One of the Best Memories I have with mom is it didn't matter what time of day it was when I went into labor with both Her granddaughters she was there in the room ready to help. I will forever be grateful for that. In this picture is Mom and her youngest grand girl Eve Wynter Porterfield... I love you MOM more than you will ever Know

Dear Anna Lou,
I'm sorry that when I was 6 years old I hit you on the head with a hairbrush while you were sitting outside in the sun. And then when you chased me across the yard, Daddy yelled at you for being mean to your little sister. heh heh 😇

Oh Anna, this is so hard to believe. You was one of the sweetest persons I have ever meet. May you rest in peace.

There are way too many fond memories to share of which would include: long conversations out in the yard as we watched our boys play, Forth of July celebrations, Dollywood trips, school functions, phone conversations, to a simple wave across the field to one another. Many phone calls to borrow a cup of sugar, a little milk, some flour, or an egg or two. Anna Lou always came through for me in my time of need when trying to finish preparing a meal or baking a cake and realizing I did not have all the ingredients. Our boys grew up together to become best friends, wonderful fathers, and great husbands. She was so proud of each one of them! Anna Lou loved her family with all her being and she was a great wife, mother, sister, neighbor and friend to all that knew her. I am privileged and blessed to have called her my neighbor and my friend for 36 years! Rest in peace neighbor, I will miss you greatly!
With love,
Felicia
