Aubrey Gerald Sharp

Sharp, Aubrey “Sarge”, age 65, of Knoxville, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at his home. Retired from U.S. Navy/O’Callahan DE-1051 and from the Knox County School System. Member of Lincoln Park Baptist Church. Preceded in death by grandparents, John and Eva Sharp, Sr.; grandparents, Dallas and Daisy Schultz; sister, Sharon; aunt, Mary Ann; stepmother, Louise Sharp; uncle, Preston Schultz. Survived by father, John Sharp, Jr.; son and daughter-in-law, Jerry and Christy Sharp; son and daughter-in-law, Jason and Shelly Sharp; grandchildren, Brooke, Taylor, Hunter, Wyatt, Savannah, Kelsey and Jessie; brother, Ed Boruff and sisters, Shelia Cox, Connie Dunn, and Sherrie Sharp. The family will receive friends Monday, February 20, 2012 from 5-7 PM at Berry Funeral Home, Chapman Highway. Family and friends will meet at Berry Funeral Home Tuesday, February 21, 2012 at 12:15PM to go in procession to Tennessee Veterans Cemetery, John Sevier Highway, for the 1:30PM Interment.
