Barbara Jean Jackson, age 89, of Knoxville, Tennessee passed away on Tuesday, August 13, 2024. She was a loving mother tp Deborah and wife to Johnny Jackson. Barbara was preceded in death by parents, Johnny Wilson and Kathryn Howell; husband, Johnny Jackson; daughter, Deborah Chandler; sisters, Tweedalo Wilson and Wanda King; brother, Johnny Alan Wilson. She is survived by her grandson, Dorian (Ayumi)Holder; great-granddaughter, Megumi Holde all of Osaka Japan; son-in-law, Don Chandler; sister-in-law, Susan Wilson of Florida; nephews, Johnny (Judith) King, Tom (Donna) King and Paul King; several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews also survive. Graveside service will be Friday, August 16, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at Berry Highland South Cemetery, 9010 E. Simpson road. Officiating, Rev. Tom King and Rev. Mike Mikels.
