Tipton, Barbara A. – 73 of Knoxville passed away at home on Valentine’s Day. Her husband, John W. Tipton preceded her in death. Survivors include daughters and sons-in-law: Melissa & Tim Rogers, Lavanda and Ronnie Collier, Jay & Steve Patrick all of Knoxville; grandchildren: Corey & Beth Rogers, Maggie Collier, Shanna (Rogers) & Michael Allen, Tylor Morgan, John Morgan, Matt & Heather Morgan and Michael Morgan; and great grandchildren: Noah Owens, Sammy Morgan, Abby Rogers, Bradyn Collier. The family will receive friends from 5-7pm on Saturday, February 19, 2011 at McCarty-Evergreen Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow at 7pm with Rev. Carl Simmons officiating.
