Norton, Billie Jo, age 36, received her wings and went to be with the Lord, Saturday, September 20, 2014. Billie Jo was a loving wife and mother. Survived by husband, Keneth Norton, Jr; children, Collin, Kenlie, Kendrick, and Steven Norton; parents, Elizabeth Seevers and Bill Ellison; brother, Will Ellison; sisters, Mary, and Sheryl; several nieces and nephews; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Heather and Jason Monday; and special friend, Lindsey Chapman. The family will receive friends Monday, September 22, 2014 at McCarty Evergreen Funeral Home from 6:00-8:00 P.M. The funeral Service will follow at 8:00 P.M. with Rev. Carl Loy officiating.
