ATCHLEY, BILLY WAYNE - age 53, passed away at U.T. Medical Center on November 18, 2014. He is preceded in death by his sister-in-law Carrie Raby. Billy will be dearly missed by his mother and father, Mary and Johnny Atchley; wife Michele Atchley; sons Christopher and Joshua Atchley; daughter-in-law Stephanie Richards and granddaughter Harlie; brothers Mark and Johnny Raby and Teddy Atchley; sisters Debbie Edmonds, Jackie Ford, and MaryAnne Dixon; in laws Bobby and Lori Gonzales and many special nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends Friday November 21, 2014 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. with services following at Berry Funeral Home located at 3704 Chapman Highway.
