Billy John Floyd Crain, age 68 of Knoxville, passed away May 18, 2019. He was saved by the grace of God and proudly served in the US Army from 1970 through 1972. John loved to fish and enjoyed watching baseball, college basketball, and NASCAR racing, especially Bill Elliott and the late Davey Allison. He was preceded in death by his parents, Wilburn and Violet Crain; brothers, Bobby and Jimmy Crain; sister, Charlotte Fleming. Survived by son, Billy Crain and wife Donna; daughter, Judy Keck and husband Bo; sister, Jean Heifner and husband Carl; grandchildren, Noel Golan and husband Ryan, Channing Crain, Billy Crain, Jr., Logan Keck and Cheyenne Crain; great grandchildren, Nathan and Harlan Golan, Hudson Crain; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Saturday, May 25th, from 12:30 -2:30 PM at Berry Highland South Funeral Home. Funeral service will begin at 2:30 PM in the funeral home chapel. Graveside service with military honors will immediately follow.
